1. Who can use the app

The Booty Boudoir is for adults 18 and older. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.

2. What the app is

A free shopping guide that curates clothing, beauty and body-care products from outside retailers and summarises what public reviews say about fit. We don't sell anything ourselves; purchases happen on the retailer's site under the retailer's terms.

3. Prices, stock and fit notes

Prices and availability are checked at the source and shown with a "verified" time, but they can change. Fit notes and size advice are summaries of other shoppers' reviews, not guarantees. Always confirm details with the retailer before buying.

4. Affiliate disclosure

We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. This never changes the price you pay.

5. Brands and content

Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Review excerpts are short, attributed quotes linked to their source.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app (for example by scraping it, attacking it or interfering with its service).

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for purchases you make from retailers or for losses arising from use of the app.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
